Todos is maintained by donations from individuals, companies, institutes and foundations. These contributions can be in cash or services.
Here, you can find all the people who somehow support and/or contribute to the work of Todos, which is coordinated by an executive team with extensive experience in Public Education. In addition, we have a very large list of people who helped in the great mobilization made in 2006 to found Todos, our founding partners - most of them are still engaged! - and many people who have been invited over the last few years as full members in recognition of their support and engagement with the cause of Education. Annually, we present the Todos accounts to all members for approval, share our annual plan and listen to suggestions. Every two years, this same meeting elects our Governance Council - this is well detailed in our Bylaws.
A significant part of the process of building technical proposals from Todos Pela Educação to improve the quality of Basic Education in Brazil takes place together with specialists in public management, educational management, academics and education professionals (eg, school managers and teachers). They are people from different backgrounds and ideological hues, but who have, in common, an unequivocal commitment to improving student learning and building proposals informed by field evidence. Educação Já!, our main and most recent technical proposition initiative involved a group of more than 80 experts.
Doubts, complaints and suggestions about Education can be discussed directly with the school, the school board and/or the school network to which the school belongs. Or by contacting the Ministry of Education (MEC).

One of the most active voices for Public Education in Brazil, Priscila is one of the founders of Todos and leads our executive team in the search for quality education for all. She holds a master's degree in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, a degree in business administration from FGV-SP and a degree in Law from USP.
It is responsible for directing the strategic guidelines of Todos. With a degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre-Dame and a Master's Degree in Management and Public Policy from FGV-SP, Olavo strives for a balance between the organization's planned actions focused on structural changes in Education and the immediate challenges.
Graduated in administration, he participated in the Executive MBA of Fundação Dom Cabral and recently completed the Executive Education Developing Leaders Program for Nonprofit Professionals at Columbia University. Committed to social impact initiatives, Rogério engages foundations, institutes, people and companies that want to contribute to the work of Todos in favor of quality education for all.
Adriana has a degree in Advertising and is responsible for Todos's relationship with journalists and communicators. She supports the organization in the elaboration of articles, bridges the gap between our spokespeople and the reporters, in addition to suggesting guidelines that highlight Basic Education.
Passionate about the digital universe, Aline is an advertiser and is specialized in Social Media Communication. She manages the platforms on which Todos is present, taking care of the brand and its content. She previously worked at an agency, but made a career in culture and the Third Sector.
She works on visual communication for Todos both externally and internally. She is responsible for creating printed and digital material, including various web formats and social media.
Important in supporting the financial and administrative areas of Todos, Ana is one of the employees who ensure that support for the other members of Todos is up to date, such as salaries and the organization of vacations.
With a stint at the PNE Observatory and affinity with data analysis, Bruna is a journalist graduated from USP. Having been with the organization for over 5 years, she has produced impressive materials, besides working on the communication of the technical pillar of Todos and, today, is part of our Political Communication team.
Claudiane makes sure that the Todos team works in the best possible way. She is the one who keeps the atmosphere of the headquarters in São Paulo always organized and advises so that, in the countless meetings and meetings fundamental to Education, there is no lack of the best coffee in the Third Sector.
One of the collaborators present at Todos since its foundation, Diana supports the executive president in organizing her agenda and in numerous trips to debate Education. She is also on the team that ensures the well-being of the entire team, as she arranges tickets and accommodation for all the team's business trips.
Attentive to social and cultural debates, Janaína sensitively coordinates Todos's digital marketing actions. She holds a degree in Marketing and a graduate degree in Cultural Projects focused on Latin America, and has extensive experience in private companies and digital agencies.
Graduated in Journalism, she uses her intimacy with reading and text to create, review and improve our materials, and her analytical capacity to support content dissemination strategies.
Based on a long experience in technical support and a natural curiosity for the computer world, Thales manages the Todos computer network and provides technological support to the team.
With a Master's Degree in Management and Public Policies, Vanessa is a graduate student in Process Facilitation and has 18 years of professional experience between the public sector and the Third Sector. Professional with a broad vision, she is responsible for the institutional development area with a focus on internal and people management, and has been working at Todos since 2018.
Director of Public Policies of Todos, area responsible for our technical data productions, and Educational Policies, political relationship and communication specialized in Education. He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Economics from USP and a PhD in Public Administration and Government from FGV.
He coordinates the technical work of advisory support to public management and monitoring of Educational Policies. Economist and master's student in Public Management, Ivan was a professor in the state network of Mato Grosso through the Ensina Brasil program.
Performing internal and external initiatives of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, being a partner of the other boards, Jackson has a degree in Administration with a major in Organizational Planning and Management. Master's student in Administration from UFPE, he has worked at the Pernambuco Education Department, and in the Institute of Co-responsibility for Education (ICE).
She manages the work of Government Relations with a focus on the Executive Branch. Graduated in Social Sciences from USP, Kayli is a specialist in political science, advocacy, public policy analysis and project management. She has extensive experience in public monitoring, negotiation and dialogue with the government, at the federal and subnational levels.
Journalist graduated from UnB and Master in Political Communication from the University of Seville. Naiara is part of the Centro de Estudos em Comunicação, Tecnologia e Política (CTPol), and at Todos, she is part of our Political Communication team.
Graduated in Business Administration from Faculdade São Luís, with an Executive MBA from Trevisan Escola de Negócios.
Graduated in Advertising and Marketing (ESPM-SP) with experience in communication agencies and large private companies in the areas of marketing, institutional communication and branding. In recent years, she has been active in the Third Sector with causes that touch her heart.
With a teaching degree in Chemistry and a specialization in Implementation of Educational Policies, Natália is part of the technical front and advisory support to public management. She was a high school teacher in the public network of Espírito Santo and has worked in the Department of Education of Rio Grande do Sul.
Graduated in Political Science from UnB and specialist in Public Management from Insper, she has worked professionally in the Federal Senate, in the Government of the Federal District and in the Chamber of Deputies. She carries out activities related to monitoring and political advocacy along with the Federal Legislature.
Bachelor in Public Policy Management from USP, she holds a MBA in Project Management. Always attentive to the political scenario, she acts as a Government Relations Analyst – Executive and is part of the Diversity Committee at Todos.
Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the Educational Policies implemented at the national and subnational levels, Bernardo is also responsible for preparing technical materials to support decision makers. He holds a bachelor's and teaching degree in History from UFRJ and a master's degree in Social History from PUC-Rio.
Graduated in Social Communication with an emphasis on Journalism and Public Administration, Daniela is pursuing a Master's Degree in Public Administration and Government. She has experience in the areas of communication, research and advocacy, and worked in research centers, governments and Third Sector organizations. Responsible for conducting research, reports and technical notes on educational topics.
Graduated in International Relations, Doane is part of the Government Relations – Executive of Todos team, focusing on analysis and political risk. She has experience in consulting and industry association.
Working for more than 20 years in the financial administrative area, offering assistance to correlated areas such as: commercial, accounting, legal. Aptitude with the routine of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Graduated in Social Communication – Relations from PUC/MG. Her professional background is event and ceremonial work in the public sector. She has worked in the Legislative Assembly and for the last 10 years has been ahead of the Events and Ceremonial Coordination at the Minas Gerais’ State Department of Education, now she is the Event Coordinator for Todos.
She assists in the construction of intelligence materials for strategy formation with decision makers. Graduated in International Relations, Julia has worked as a Young Apprentice in Trade Marketing at a multinational company.
Erick acts in the digital communication of Todos, supporting on several fronts. He graduated in Social Communication – Journalism and joined the field because he has always been passionate about sports. Currently, communication for the Third Sector has also gained a special place in his heart.
Black woman and mother of Malu, she has always directed her career towards paths that would make it possible to generate more positive impact on people, organizations and society - and that is how she arrived at Todos, to help strengthen a people-centered and inclusive culture. She is a psychologist, with postgraduate degree in HR and MBA in Business Management. She worked for 18 years in the corporate world, in strategic positions, in the area of People Management.
Trans man and PwD, he has a degree in Physical Education, a graduate degree in Leadership and People Management and is a Diversity and Inclusion specialist. He became Top Voice Orgulho within Linkedin, aiming to create content with DE&I, leadership and HR topics. More than 5 years ago, he entered the HR world and joined Todos team to expand transformation through Diversity.
Journalist, with specialization in Multiplatform Content, he has worked in newsrooms of Grupo Globo and CNN Brasil. He coordinates Todos’ Communications, focusing on relationships with the press and opinion makers, and is committed to causes about Education and diversity.
A journalist always on the lookout for compelling stories. She graduated in Communications from PUC-Rio and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Data and Automation at Insper. Nicole coordinates the press relations area at Todos. She believes that education is the foundation for a fairer and more inclusive society.
Director of Communication, area responsible for guiding society with themes central to Todos’ work. She has a degree in Social Communication, a graduate degree in Strategic Communication Management from USP, and more than 20 years of experience working in different segments. Mother of Julia and Luiza, two black girls, she has found in Todos the opportunity to use her technical expertise in favor of a fairer society, especially with racial equity.
Social entrepreneur, lawyer, was a social impact leader at XP/Instituto XP. She worked at Mattos Filho Advogados, Endeavor, and TV Globo. Elected social entrepreneur of 2020 and 2021 by Folha de São Paulo. She is a member of the Board of RAPs, Instituto Desvelando Oris, Shaper by the Davos Economic Forum, and co-founder of the movements União BR, Rio and Amazônia Viva. She was Chairwoman of the Board of Greenpeace Brasil and the Fundação Dorina Nowill Para Cegos.
Lawyer specialized in fundraising by UCSD, she has a master's degree in Foundation Administration by the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and is a scholarship student for the master's degree in Social Responsibility from the Universidad Jaume I de Valencia. She was manager of the Instituto CSHG, founder of the Liga Social, and IDIS consultant.
Master in Public Policy and Education from Harvard University and graduated in Administration from FGV-SP. She has experience in program management in the Third Sector and Educational Policies. At Todos, she is part of the Educational Policies team.
Pedro holds a teaching degree in Pedagogy from USP, and a bachelor's degree with merit scholarship in Social and Consumer Sciences from ESPM. He has worked with Monitoring and Evaluation at Ensina Brasil and in the Coordination of Knowledge Production at FGV-CEIPE. He was a consultant to the Ministry of Education (MEC), through contracts from UNESCO and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
Graduated in Economic Sciences from UFC, master in Economics from CAEN/UFC, and PhD student in Economics from the same institution, with a sandwich doctorate scholarship internship at UTK – USA. During his academic career, he participated in projects focused on education that had as partners LEPES/USP-RP, Instituto Sonho Grande, Instituto Natura, Instituto Unibanco, Fundação Lemann, among others.

Professor of History and Geopolitics. He was a district deputy for two terms and a federal deputy for one term. He chaired the Mixed Parliamentary Front for Education of the National Congress.
